At Nova Track Logistics, we aim to provide the highest level of service for your shipments. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. Our returns policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for handling returns.

  1. Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is damaged during transit, you may file a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Incorrect Delivery: If a package is delivered to the wrong address or contains incorrect contents, it is eligible for return or redelivery.
  3. Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments held at our facility for more than 30 days may qualify for return to the sender.
  • The shipment must be in its original condition, with no tampering or misuse.
  • Proper documentation, including the tracking number and proof of delivery, must be provided.
  • For insured shipments, a claim must be filed before initiating the return process.

  4. Resolution: Once the returned shipment is received and inspected, we will process redelivery or issue compensation (if applicable) within 5-7 business days.
